The Town boss has been linked with the vacant managers job at Turf Moor but he insists that there has been no approach made for his services.
"I can't really make any comment because there is nothing to comment on," he told the official Town website.
"I have had no contact with Burnley, and my focus is on preparing the side for Saturday's game with Southend and the game against Bristol Rovers.
"I am concentrating on how we can do better in the second half of the season than we did in the first half."
