"I made the wrong decision in the formation I picked for this game and I'm disappointed in myself for that and have told that players that," Clarke told BBC Radio Leeds after the match.
"But we did not do the basics right today to get the result and put everything together and that lead to the defeat.
"Their midfield was creating lots of opportunities and ours was not at all, so if we had been 3-0 down at half-time we would not have had any complaints at all."
